What if it's not for me?
Then you get your money back. Ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund all of it, no questions asked.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans run month to month and stop at the end of the month you cancel in. Yearly plans run to the end of the year you paid for.
What's the difference between Pro and Max?
They do the same work. Max gives each brand twice the posts, 100 a month instead of 50, includes three brands instead of one, and comes with early access to new features and priority support.
What are credits?
Your plan's posts, their pictures, approving, autopilot and your own edits are included; there's nothing to count there. Credits pay for extras you ask for: a 5-second video clip is 100, an ad 30, three picture options 20, a post you write yourself 10, a new picture 8 and a rewrite 5. Pro includes 500 a month, Max 2,500. The price is on the button before you press it, and if something fails you get the credits back. Need more? Buy a pack on the Plan page; bought credits never expire.
What do I get in a month?
50 finished posts on Pro, 100 on Max, for each brand. Each has a caption, a picture in your colors and hashtags. You approve, edit or skip them in your calendar, and approved posts go out on Instagram and Facebook. A week before the month ends, we plan the next one.
Do I have to approve every post?
Only if you want to. With autopilot on, any post you haven't looked at is approved the day before it goes out. You can still edit or skip it until then.
Do I need to write anything?
No. We read your website and your latest posts to learn what you sell and how you talk. You can add notes, upload your own photos or write a post yourself whenever you like.
How do the ads work?
Connect your Meta ad account and pick a monthly budget and area. We make ads from your best posts, you approve them, and the ones that work keep running. You pay the budget to Meta directly. We never hold it or take a cut.
Which channels are included?
Instagram and Facebook, including Stories, and Facebook and Instagram ads. Personal profiles also post to your own LinkedIn, and each one counts as a brand. Bluesky and Pinterest are included too. LinkedIn company pages and TikTok are built and waiting on those platforms' approval. Google Business Profile, YouTube, Threads, X and Reddit are coming soon.
What counts as a brand?
One business with its own website, voice and social accounts. A second location or a separate business is a second brand.
Do you have a plan for agencies?
Yes. Agency includes 10 brands, one per client, each with its own posts, pages and ad account, and nothing shared between clients. Write to us and we'll set it up with you.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Moving up applies right away; moving down applies from your next billing period.
Are taxes added?
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added only where the law requires it, and you'll see it before you pay.
