Disconnect Facebook and Instagram

• In Bold Beluga: open your brand, go to Channels (and Ads, if you connected an ad account) and click Disconnect. We pause any running ads and delete the stored access immediately.
• Or in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select Bold Beluga and click Remove.

Delete a brand

In Bold Beluga: open the brand, go to Brand and click Delete brand. We pause any running ads and delete the brand right away, with its posts, images, photos, connected accounts and ad settings.

Delete your account and everything in it

Log in, open your account (your email address at the top of the dashboard) and choose Delete account. Your account, brand profiles, posts, images and connected accounts are deleted right away, and running ads are paused.

Can't log in? Email alexander@boldbeluga.com from the address you signed up with and we'll delete it for you within 30 days and confirm by email.

Posts that were already published stay on Facebook and Instagram until you delete them there; we can't remove them once you have disconnected.
